  He awoke because of the sudden sting in his wrist; the right one. He awoke because of the cool, silvery water running through his arm; the right one. He awoke because of the brushing tingle of hair against his bare stomach; the wrong one.

  He awoke shivering.

  “Just a lil’ somethin’ for the agony,” said the brushing tingle of black hair; a nurse, still hunched over his arm, tucking a capped syringe into the pocket of her uniform. She straightened up and flashed him a smile greased orange with lipstick, “How ya feelin’ today, Mister?”

That is soooo creepy. Their expressions frighten me, even so, they're spot on. That's dedication right there if you're willing to chop off your hand for someone. XD I always love your horror pieces. =D
I have to agree, they do look like they're going to eat each other. XD Brilliant work, really. <3
